Clients included: Discovery, NatGeo, BBC, CBS, PBS, United Way, Riester, LaneTerralever, Off Madison Avenue, Teaching Channel, Animal Planet, University of Phoenix, State of Arizona, Thunderbird School of Global Management, CableOne, and David Zwirner. Selected engagements:Mitchell 20 2008-2012: Pitched and secured a $500k grant from the National Education Association for this feature documentary about education; established and maintained numerous contacts and sources; produced, co-wrote, directed, and distributed the film in theaters; and secured a regional Emmy.Valley of the Sun United Way 2004-2012: Annually researched, pitched, wrote, produced, and/or directed radio and TV PSAs, print collateral, and documentary-based marketing videos which helped raise more than $50m a year from individual donors; interviewed 100s of social service success stories to feature.Edge of War 2012: Created and sold this original docudrama series concept to Discovery Military. The show’s host, General Wesley Clark, said it could help lessen enthusiasm for war—exactly its intent. The relationship led Discovery ID to acquire RMP’s documentary, The Joe Show, and a new series development deal.BestIT 2012: Created and directed a humorous TV commercial centered on the misgivings and antics of Seth, a lazy and incompetent IT guy who the client would “Be Free” of after outsourcing to BestIT; led interactive design and UX for a new website and managed vendors to execute. The website UX and commercials both won Gold Addys.Teaching Channel 2010-2012: Founding producer of this Gates Foundation-funded initiative; branded, shot, and directed three series featuring teachers from around the US; hired and managed an art director, four producers, and six editors.
