Responsible for the On Road Motorcycle Category product line and for supporting the category's planning and product creation process from concept through commercialization. Key role with ownership of assigned marketplace, execution of business plans, sales and margin accountability, calendar adherence, and cross functional leadership. The Product Line Manager owns relevant information on consumer and competitors, identifying trends, business strategy plans and analysis for all supporting categories.

Responsible for helping drive continuity between multiple team members and their products within a product category to ensure fit, function, performance, and quality are consistent with a customer’s expectations. They oversee their line's progress of development for all aspects of the product starting from initial design to production prototype. They heavily focus on process implementation and maintenance, innovation, and mentorship.

Responsible for directly managing all aspects of the development of multiple products across multiple categories, from initial design to final pre-production prototype. Drive and develop products to achieve 509 quality standards. Own the process of building, maintaining, and establishing Revision Control of Design Packs, and detail communicated to all product manufacturers and factories.

Consultation and collaboration with outside brands specializing in sustainable design/development. Processes include brand, user and ethnographic research (field and in-house), graphic design, sketch ideation, physical model making and working prototype fabrication, 3D modeling and rendering, packaging design and fabrication, design for manufacture, engineering drawings and detailed product specifications, materials, and photography. Past works for companies including Round Table Hops, Agassiz Chiropractic, Artifex Wellness Center, B&M Packaging, Christopher and Dana Reeves Foundation, Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute and others under NDA.

Improving the lives of the individuals with any range or form of disability through the design and implementation of assistive devices while working closely with rehabilitation engineers, assistive technologists, and stakeholders. Empathic research is completed through the study of ergonomics/anthropometrics, ethnographies, and interviews both in the field and in house. Interned as a junior designer working directly with rehabilitation engineers, assistive technologists, and stakeholders to aid in the design and implementation of assistive devices for individuals with disabilities.

Calibrated and troubleshot several high-end CAD and digital fabrication tools and assisted students/faculty with proper operation of tooling in one of a global network of MIT sponsored fabrication facilities.

Apprenticed for summer focusing on structural and interior design with disciplines in traditional woodworking, timber framing and stone masonry. Projects included a venue stage for the Eaux Claires Music & Arts Festival, the Menomonie Farmer's Market pavilion, and a variety of other smaller projects.

Assisted clients/contractors with desired color and coating selection for individualized projects as well as color matched existing coatings and handled inventory control.

Designed and fabricated custom jigs, racks, and fixtures to be used in the electroplating processes of any variety of parts. Maintained existing inventory for long-term contract jobs.
