⌾ Led the communications strategy, vision and direction for Vodafone's international Supply Chain function, based across 24+ markets worldwide.⌾ Plan, create and execute engaging targeted communications campaigns in line with overall company strategy and vision. This includes creating communications plans with key stakeholders, defining goals and KPIs, agreeing on suitable channels, creating collateral assets, coordinating with global communications teams to support roll-out and measuring campaign success.⌾ Actively create engaging and meaningful content for internal and external use, including; writing articles, creating scripts and storyboards for video and animation, producing and editing video content, managing and broadcasting live webinars, photography for live events, editing pages on the Vodafone.com website, icon and logo creation, creating and editing internal portals and intranets.⌾ Develop support material, procedures, communications policies and ‘How-To’ guides for the Supply Chain function to share best practice, simplify the communications process and improve message quality. Implement two-way feedback channels and online analytics to measure and analyse their success.⌾ Review, control and manage all external media engagement and interactions, working closely with the Group Brand and Media teams. This includes media training for management, arranging interviews or event attendance and signing off content in line with strategic goals and ambitions.

⌾ Managed Vodafone’s global People Survey, engaging ~90,000 employees in over 24 countries achieving a ~75% response rate. Worked cross-functionally with HR Operations and managed external supplier Hay Group over a six month period to develop a company wide questionnaire and a results reporting system for line managers⌾ Proved the value and effectiveness of the Internal Communications function through engagement analytics, surveys and focus groups. From a technical perspective, this including use of Adobe’s Analytics platform, Splunk, Qualtrics, Qumu and Newsweaver. Developed strategies from the results to improve our communications approach and drive employee engagement.⌾ Created, collated, sub-edited and distributed a weekly email newsletter for over 8,000 employees in multiple countries with higher than external benchmark readership.

Created and distributed the newsletter on a monthly basis to 1,000+ people, achieving higher than company benchmark engagement.⌾ Supported Group board members (CEO, CFO, CTO and CPO) by creating executive briefs and financial reports for ongoing business activity. This involved thoroughly researching often complex subject matter to provide a high level, but complete, overview in an easily digestible format. Due to the demanding nature of Board level activity, this required excellent organisational and time management skills.⌾ Developed and wrote entries for, and won, 10+ international procurement awards. This required an ability to quickly gain a deep technical understanding of Supply Chain Management projects and operations.
