Andrew Jamieson is a senior learning and organisational development leader with over 20 years’ experience in a diverse range of industries. In 2014 Andrew joined Benetas challenged with establishing an organisation wide and contemporary learning and development function. Over time his role has expanded to include organisational development initiatives such as diversity and inclusion, succession planning, recognition and reward, employee engagement, clinical capability and the Pastoral Care function. In 2022 Andrew established the Talent Acquisition function at Benetas.At Ambulance Victoria, Andrew led a significant initiative to embed the organisation's re-set Values.Andrew’s interests and expertise include learning technology, competencies, learning on demand, coaching, change leadership and transformational change.
