We built multiple products incorporating AI and ML, which were recognized within Publicis as Best In Class for commerce marketing. They included:- Commerce Connections Planning: a tool built to help determine which retailers to spend with, what tactics to spend on, and projected ROI.- Retail Media Management: designed to standardize metrics across platforms to allow apples-to-apples performance comparisons within Retail Media Networks (RMNs). The tool also processed historical results to create self-referential benchmarks.- Commerce Measurement: a modeled approach designed to isolate the impact of shopper and commerce marketing programs, and report on the incremental Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) of those programs. I was also one of 15 Groupe thought leaders in the CPG space chosen to help define Groupe Core AI capabilities.
