- Directs the selection, training and supervision of all staff within the Q Life Programs.- Monitors work for compliance with established program policies, procedures, standards and regulations; conducts performance evaluations and makes hiring/firing recommendations.- Plans, develops, coordinates, implements and evaluates program services based on changing needs of program participants; develops programs to assist in the stabilization of individuals and families as well as to conducts assessments to identify program’s strengths and weaknesses and to specify program goals.- Manages and documents though the CSIS system the allocation of funds for grants and contracts that provide direct client services.- Makes recommendations regarding organizational policies, office procedures, and personnel practices.- Assists Program Director in developing a written annual budget that supports the organization’s goals and objectives including a projection of expenditures.- Participates and works in conjunction with other leaders to assist in the development of the agency’s Strategic Planning.- Maintains awareness of local, State, and Federal regulations governing program operations and ensure compliance to the same including health, safety, and licensing regulations.- Builds and maintains effective working relationships with external community agencies.- Provides leadership in the community; participates in local coalitions and program participant advocacy efforts to promote and support inter-agency collaboration.- Strategize and outline goals and objectives of all Q Life programs.- Assign project Coordinators and team members to projects.- Set program controls/governance/standards.- Monitor multiple Grants and activities through the entire program cycle.- Manage the day-to-day detailed aspects of multiple departments.- Set timelines for goal posts/due dates.

- Position’s primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the development, implementation, and direction of treatment.- Develop behavior modification techniques for mentally ill / behavioral issues of children ages 3 – 20 years.- Work directly with family’s / parents instituting parenting skills and action plans.- Work in close contact with other agencies including insurance representatives.- Work independently in the community.

- Position’s primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the development, implementation, and direction of treatment.- Develop behavior modification techniques for mentally ill adults primarily in the areas of Bi-Polar, Borderline, and Schizophrenia.- Work directly with individuals and families independently to meet their needs.- Monitor medication management concerns reporting to the respective Psychiatrists. - Positions were phased out due to financial cuts by the State.

- The instruction of accident Investigation / reconstruction.- Classroom and field instruction.- Recreation of numerous accident situations gearing students to learn and implement appropriate investigative techniques to recreate the chain of events.- Assisted students with low performance practices by restructuring the scenarios to best allow for inclusion and increased expectations.

- Position’s primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the daily care and treatment implementation for 15 male youths.- Supervision of 10 Milieu Therapy workers to include direction, supervision, scheduling, and duties. - The daily operation of the unit to include charts, activities, supplies, and inter-agency communication.- Children ranged in diagnosis’s to include Conduct disorder, ADHD, ADD, Oppositional Defiant, Bi-Polar, Borderline, Reactive Attachment, Sexual abuses both received and committed, PTSD, and more.

- Position’s primary responsibilities include but are not limited to criminal investigation, accident reconstruction/investigation, roads and Highway Patrol, radar operation, and Magistrate/Grand Jury involvement.- Case preparation working in conjunction with local D.A.’s and other prosecutors. - The implementation and direction of investigations to include interrogations, crime scene processing, and arrests.
