As a Technical Sales Associate, I was responsible for:- Developing an expert level of product knowledge for several product lines that spanned a broad range of applications for the instrumentation and process analytical industries.- Learning how to perform product demonstrations and training for several different products.- Developing relationships with appropriate personnel (Customer Service, Purchasing, Supply Chain, etc.) at the divisions/manufacturing locations.- Attending trade shows to promote Parker Instrumentation products

As a warehouse associate, I was held responsible for knowing all processes involved in picking the product, packing or processing the product, and ensuring that it is safely put on the selected carrier's vehicle for shipping.As a trainer, I was involved in developing standard work procedures to efficiently and effectively teach employees how to go about working through a certain process in the facility. This ensured that a process is done exactly as it should be by every employee. All employees sign off after being trained which notifies them that they are held accountable.
