I am an experienced Business Transformation leader and a qualified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, who has headed up both functional and consultancy teams. My 20-year career has focused on Financial Services, Business Process Outsourcing and Consulting within which my specialism has been Front and Back Office Customer Operations. I have successfully delivered cost reduction initiatives, improved customer KPIs and reduced risk exposure in core processes and operations.
