This role has full responsibility to lead one or more teams in the development, delivery, implementation and support of a Deswik’s software solution. The SE&DM has ownership for the development of their products, and is responsible for working with the software development manager, managing director, regional managers, technical directors, team leads, the consultants and the customers to ensure Deswik’s software solutions are of the highest of standards and meet the expectations of our customers.
