• The Investment Services Group is responsible for the development and maintenance of all systems and applications used by HOOPP's Front, Middle and Back Office staff. Projects included:
• Identifying and reconciling differences in the pricing methodologies between the Accounting system (Simcorp Dimension) and the Performance Management System, resulting in valuation discrepancies in over 2000 positions..
• Designing and implementing the upgrade of HOOPP's Performance Management Systems to accommodate new financial instruments and regulatory requirements.
• Collected data, analyzed, modelled and tested an internally developed stress testing web application, which calculated prices for 20-30 different types of financial instruments. This allowed Investment Managers to.

• Performed middle and back office tasks in the lifecycle of credit and interest rate derivatives (trade processing, settlement, daily valuation, and monthly reconciliation with the counterparty)
• Developed procedural documentation for new processes after conversion to Simcorp Dimension. Updated existing documentation and verified compliance with internal controls.
