- Managed 35+ individuals across 11 manufacturing lines which cleaned, sterilized, and milled spices focusing on key performance indicators such as process reliability, cost, and safety metrics- Increased Team PR from 61.7% in 2019 to 68.1% in 2022- 0 recordable injuries on Team- Reduced Team OT costs from 11% in 2020 to 8.3% in 2022- Co-leader of the Autonomous Maintenance pillar for our JTE- Interim Operations Manager of Spice Mill from Dec 2021 – March 2022

- Start-up leader for new projects focusing on vertical start-ups (>90% achieved) and successful completions of commissioning and performance checklists- Led 2 deployment teams through the TPM program which reduced yield loss for numerous lines by >90% - Co-led a team focusing on creating a new pepper milling line for McCormick utilizing state-of-the-art technologies and equipment. Helped with the operations of a smart milling system in England

- Liaison between all of McCormick's spice processing facilities around the world (US, France, Singapore, & India) helping facilitate best practices through mastery mapping and workshops- Organized and facilitated a Global Milling Forum in France which brought together McCormick SMEs from around the world to work towards the desired future state of spice processing- Managed a project involving the creation of a new pepper milling line in McCormick's new Thailand site. This involved formulating a RFP, conducting a detailed design with the engineering partner, and culminating with a CQV on site in Thailand
