As the Head of UK Residential & International Residential Marketing at Colliers, I lead a dynamic team that covers the entire residential life cycle, from planning and viability to sales and marketing, across the UK and Asia. With over 30 years of experience as a chartered surveyor in the residential sector, I have successfully managed diverse transactions and delivered innovative solutions for our clients, including land owners, developers, investors, and housing associations.In 2019, I restructured our Asian business line across multiple countries, and have rejuvenated our business strategy with modern and adaptive approaches. I am also a mentor for the Young Leadership Mentorship programme at the Urban Land Institute, a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing, the Institute of Leadership and Management, and member of the RICS. In 2021, I was nominated for the Colliers EMEA leadership awards. My mission is to leverage my expertise and vision to create value and opportunities for our clients and colleagues in the residential real estate market.
