Assisted in the development of business plan and financials then engaged in raising venture capital from angels and VC's. Led the due diligence for $4.75MM investment from @Ventures, Nth Power and angels, with completion of investment round in Aug 2007. Oversaw Operations, Construction and HR from Nov. 2006 to Nov. 2008. Duties included: Building biodiesel stations, hiring and managing project managers, development of a scalable central management system to control our network of biodiesel and ethanol stations remotely, operations of stations, finance, HR and compliance details with debt and VC partners.
