Coordinating with Client, contractors and other concerned parties regarding Quality Control & Quality Assurance matters.Qualification of welders (WQT) in accordance to API 1104.Monitoring the welders & welding activities as per approved WPSVisual Inspecting the welded joints for any discontinuities like under cut , excess weld metal , poor start/stop , pinhole etc. Reviewing and witnessing of NDT activities like RT, LPT, and UT.Witness of mechanical test and visual inspection, preparing IMIRReviewing & Signing Welding Reports, Blasting & Coating, Lowering, Backfilling & Hydro-testing Reports as per approved client procedure Checking the quality and supervision of the welding, tie-in, HDD, trenching, lowering, Backfilling, through visual inspection and other quality parameters approved by client & API 1104.Monitoring the HDD tracking parameters as per proposed HDD profile.Ensure all the quality parameters in Hydrostatic testing, Gauging and handling the all documentation regards these testing.Inspecting the quality of the welding of MDPE pipeline.Inspection of the pneumatic testing of MDPE line

Coordinating with Clients & Third-party inspectors regarding inspection and Quality control matters.Understanding various pressure vessel drawings & creating dimension reports for each and individual vessels.Visual Inspecting the welded joints for any discontinuities like under cut , excess weld metal , poor start/stop , pinhole etc. Reviewing, reporting & documentation of various RT films as per Client specification & ASME Section III NC & Section VIII Div.1Inspecting weld joints (Butt joints, corner joints) using UT & documenting the observations as per client requirement.Inspecting, reporting & documenting the fit-up, dimension & orientation of all nozzles, flanges & plates in the pressure vessel.Monitoring all the welders repair percentage & maintaining the welder continuity reports.Monitoring the heat input & other parameters during welder qualification & electrode qualification.Inspecting welded joints using DPT & documenting the observations as per client requirements.Creating RT offers after completing of visual inspection & DPT inspection. Checking MIR for various plates & nozzles and creating documents with relevant test certificates reports.
