Main job function is to illustrate and page layout product instructions, both generic and bespoke to individual products. Keeping a brand consistency whilst making them easy to follow and making sure they comply to the relevant safety standards. Additionally, production of information and compliance product labels including warning labels, safety labels, wash care labels, and information labels.

Bredbury

Responsible for the artwork of packaging, instruction manuals, company and product information sheets and any other advertising and marketing related media in both print & electronic media. I was also the photographer, the images were then used on quotes etc. I also dealt with printers in both the UK and the Far East, requesting quotes, briefing when needed, sending out artwork and checking proofs.

Cheadle

In six years I progressed from temp to senior designer of this small but busy in-house design department. My jobs involved, designing new packaging & catalogue layout, from concept visuals through to finished print ready documents. The design and maintenance of the Galt website and the occasional advert. I also briefed work to repro houses, and checked colour proofs.
