I provide guidance and advice on matters relating to governance, compliance, contracts, litigation, and legislation. I also manage outside counsel ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.In addition to my current role, I have over eight years of experience as a CLE Attorney at The Missouri Bar and an Assistant Professor at Lincoln University of Missouri, where I developed and delivered high-quality legal education programs and courses for lawyers and students. I have a passion for teaching and learning, and I use my expertise in criminal justice, political science, and law to create engaging and relevant content. I am also an Apple Teacher and a Swift Playgrounds instructor, and I leverage Apple technology and the Anyone Can Code Curriculum to help students develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I am committed to advancing the legal profession and the public interest through education and technology.
