In addition I collaborate with internal and external auditors to conduct in-depth compliance audits utilizing SOX compliance standards.Key Contributions:- Instrumental in developing and implementing Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCP & DRP) Plans for corporate sites throughout all regions North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific and Europe.- Project Manager and lead engineer for the Global Alcatel X.25 Packet Switch Network transition and decommissioning (675 X.25 TP5000, TP4, TP8 and Cisco 3600 series routers). This effort created a cost savings of $1.2m annually - Hands-on role in the creation and development of a lab environment that provides engineers with the ability to simulate SSL VPN, VPN and encrypted dial user scenarios for the purpose of resolving escalated user problems. This environment is a fully functional DMZ.- Developed reports to document system vulnerabilities and recommending appropriate solutions in compliance with SOX standards. Received a Satisfactory rating on legacy platform- Engineered the decommissioning of a multi-platform site from New York to Texas by providing diagrams and configuration for routers, managing circuit removal, toll forwarding and integration procedures.

Co-Founder of Zenetex which specialized in providing network management & monitoring; NOC design and re-engineering services to the owners and operators of mission critical networks. Key Contributions:- In 1999, by leveraging our relationships with Fortune 5 companies we were able to provide outsourcing services to AT&T, Sprint and Citgroup. Through our drive for excellence ZeNETeX, grew from an initial gross capital of 5k to 975k per quarter in less than 2 years. - For Citigroup on behalf of AT&T I was the Global Network Operation Center Manager. The position called for 24/7 acknowledgment of escalations in support of a network that consisted of 3000 Cisco router/ switches, 611 X.25 TPX nodes, terminal servers and a dial infrastructure. The staff consisted of 42 mid and high level operational engineers with shift mangers. The network infrastructure supported by this network operation center handled 3 to 6 trillion dollars a day in global transactions.- From 2000 to 2001, I orchestrated the relocation of one of Citigroup’s largest Network Operation Centers from North America to Europe on behalf of AT&T. The project was a turnkey operation that involved the development of audit, operational and transitional documentation along with the training of European staff. The network infrastructure supported by this network operation center handled 3 to 6 trillion dollars a day in global transactions. The total cost savings from the relocation to Europe was 6 million dollars. - Trained and outlined operating procedures for European and Asian Operation Center

I served as lead of a 24/7 global network management team that provided technical support for critical issues for a global heterogeneous network that consisted of applications and network components for 110 countries. Tasks included resolving technical failures in a timely manner, automating application monitoring tools, providing technical expertise and upper management day-to-day network integrity and support review meetings.Key Contributions:- Developed training program specifically for identifying and managing faults in a global heterogeneous network for AT&T Global Customer Service Center - Recognized for outstanding quality of customer service with numerous customer-support awards and personal commendation from clients.
