As the program administrator of the JCU Supervisor Training Program for Psychologists, I work with the program lead and staff of the program to handle the day-to-day affairs of keeping the program running. I handle administrative tasks (such as internal & external communication, record keeping, workshop organisation, data entry), financial tasks (such as account reconciliation, invoicing, procurement), website management (editing and maintaining the STP part of the MCRRH website), and other smaller miscellaneous parts of running the program.I've worked with the program lead to refine and copy edit the training program where necessary. Our program recently did a full revision of its full training content to be more streamlined and accessible to our participants.

I'm working with Psykhe Enterprises as the Clinic Manager to handle client communication and business financials. The practice uses a number of financial services and programs (Medipass, Xero, Halaxy & Rural Health Connect) through which I handle the billing, reconciliation and expenses.
