Other duties included: being in charge of all the publications and ensuring they were kept up to date.January 1999- February 1999 : Worked through Aerotek agency at Marconi Communications as Product Support Engineer. Involved in the fault finding and testing of returned PCB’s from the customer.February 1999 – March 1999: Blue Arrow Agency working for Micro – Route, installing new servers into Midland Banks so that they were year 2000 compliant and ready for a new software infrastructure. I also upgraded Midland Bank workstations, so that they had either 32 or 48 M of RAM.March 1999 – June 1999: Voice Connect. Working on the Helpdesk assisting users with their problems on the phone and also remotely accessing their computer systems using RSM on NT4 and FTP and Telnet.July 1999 – September 1999: Working for Real Time Control installing EPOS equipment into various stores, i.e. Epson tills into Whittard Coffee shops, Siemens Nixdorf into CBS stores, IBM/Siemens Nixdorf into Adams stores and IBM into Comet stores.
