I have spent more than 39 years working in the print industry, mostly on Capital Kit Sales especially wide format printers and software. I have worked across a wide range of printing technologies including Web Offset, Litho, Screen, Flexo, Dye-sub along with Grand, Wide and Small format Digital Print. I have many years’ experience with various RIP software packages and sign design software along with knowledge on colour management and ICC profiling. Throughout my career I have seen the beginnings of many inkjet systems and inks, starting with water based then onto solvent based, UV curable and then back to water based and Latex. I have also worked on Development teams for inkjet design, improvements and testing. Our parent company, Time 2 display Ltd incorporates Fordingbridge Print, X Consumables, Paper Mountain and Paper Meadows. We run 2 sites including a retail outlet in Ringwood, Hampshire.
