As a product designer with over nine years of work experience, I am passionate about creating engaging and impactful user experiences that solve real problems and meet users' needs. I currently work and manage Refresh Studio, a UX/UI design studio that specializes in digital product design, where I design user interfaces, conduct user research, and test usability for various clients and projects. I have a certificate in digital marketing from Red & Yellow Creative School of Business, and I am also certified by The Interaction Design Foundation in user experience and design for the 21st century. I also have a background in business analysis, having worked at FNB South Africa and Standard Bank Group, where I applied my skills in information technology, data analysis, and project management to improve the debit card and banking products and services. I have a bachelor of commerce degree in information technology from the University of South Africa. My core competencies include application development foundation, user experience, user interface design, digital communication and media, and creative leadership.
