Spoiler: the biggest problem and the biggest opportunity in your business is the same thing - Communication. I’ve seen improving communication lead to better company outcomes again and again - so that’s where I spend my days. Big picture: I’m devoted to improving employee experience at as many companies as possible, and that animates every role I’ve had.I love building the communication strategies, employee engagement frameworks, and the management systems that make teams thrive and companies grow. With Supporting Cast, I work with remote and distributed companies to create teams with high engagement, autonomy, and alignment by making great internal comms.Supporting Cast’s software lets anyone securely share audio (internal podcasts, meeting recordings, trainings, etc) with your team. Employees listen on their favorite platforms (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube music), and it’s private, fun, and avoids a lame corporate app.Want your team to learn while they’re on the road?Want them to hear about the company mission and direction straight from your CEO?Want to grow a cohesive, informed, and maybe-kinda-quirky culture?Let’s talk.Prior to Supporting Cast, I founded an agency that supports Fortune 500s, top foundations, and associations that embrace digital storytelling to showcase their impact. We’d scour company data to find the most human storyline and make something beautiful and educational. I've also been a solo consultant, focusing on employee experience, coaching leaders, and designing offsites.Storytelling and employer branding were also central to my work at 1776. I led their signature program, the Challenge Cup. If Shark Tank and the World Cup had a baby, they’d name it “Challenge Cup.” We hosted pitch competitions and trainings around the world to find the most inspiring & investable seed stage companies in regulated industries. I coached founders on pitching, identifying regulatory partnerships, and crafting the story to become a talent magnet. I also MC’d events in 20+ countries with audiences of 1,000+.I first tasted hypergrowth at LivingSocial, where I led company culture work. This was a remarkable and bonkers experience, growing from 100 to 5000 employees and back down in <4 years. I couldn’t ask for a better education with a better group of people.Fun facts? 2 amazing daughters. 1 hilarious dog. I’m a certified CliftonStrengths facilitator and a theater kid at heart.
