In my role as a Business Analyst for TechSoup, I bring a combination of business, non-profit, and technology experience to support the definition, development, testing, and deployment of internal and external business systems. My focus is on our donation programs and technology services, primarily through our website. I possess strong experience in eliciting, analyzing, and developing business and functional requirements, business processes, and data flows. This ensures that all user, internal or external, and business needs are captured, analyzed and understood from a system, business user, and operational workflow perspective. To capture and elicit business requirements, I use various methods such as interviews, document analysis, survey, site visits, business process descriptions, direct reports, uses cases, and workflow analysis.Core Responsibilities:• Work directly with clients and Client Services managers to identify, define, prioritize, and solve complex business problems, optimizing industry UI/UX standards to ensure customer satisfaction and site retention• Conduct bi-weekly review meetings with AMS (Associate Management Systems) to identify Major Content Drivers, ensuring service satisfaction or improvement implementations upon dissatisfaction• Analyze business and user requirements, business system capabilities, workflows, functional limitations, procedures, and problems to improve existing systems (e-Commerce, ERP, CRM, CMS and others)• Perform enterprise analysis to ensure that solutions support long-term organizational goals and strategy•Analyze and recommend options and solutions including commercially available software•Fulfill Product Owner duties on an Agile software development team as the primary subject matter expert to streamline business protocol•Facilitate end-user acceptance testing and training, assisting with procedural and training documentation•Keep current with applicable technologies and developments in the nonprofit sector
