I serve as an adjunct instructor in the University of Portland's Pamplin School of Business. As Senior Account Strategist, I guided clients through strategic planning, fundraising, and marketing initaitives to see their work become fully funded. Practically speaking, this meant leading a team of strategists and implementors on projects from initial ideation through execution. From redesigning major mid-year fundraising campaigns to leading website transformation projects, I brought a steady approach to growth and communications strategy for our clients. In addition, I helped guide people development, internal DEI initiatives, and standard setting for client care.Highlights:• Successfully merged two separate mid-year campaigns for a $12M client that saw YoY revenue increase of 12% and added 5,037 new supporters to be cultivated for ongoing support.• Guided multi-channel year-end campaign for a client that saw a 324% year-over-year increase in revenue, raising $1.6 million.• Leveraged strong relational skills in conjunction with high project satisfaction that resulted in a 85% of accounts renewing in 2023.

I led the central communications team that oversaw internal communication and external promotion for our three-campus church and approximately 50-person staff. My staff included three individuals, along with three campus staff members I coached. My major areas of oversight included serving as the lead copywriter for major communication pieces, ghostwriter for our Lead Executive, and strategy development for church-wide initiatives.I also served as the Interim Executive Director for our Milwaukie campus. My responsibilities included facilities oversight, staff leadership development, and some congregational care. Beyond my formal responsibilities, I founded and participated in our church's Solidarity & Equity Committee, leading our congregation in anti-racism and other equity efforts.

I helped lead a turn-around process that saw the congregation of our Beaverton campus grow from 350 to 850 over a 3 year period as a result of heavy investment in leadership development and the building of strong relational equity with internal and external stakeholders.During my time on the campus staff, I supported a 60,000 sq/ft remodel, revamped our approach to people care and environments on Sundays and throughout the week, and championed an increase in steady communication with the congregation via email and social media.

This temporary role was designed to transition me from our West Linn campus to the soon-to-be adopted Beaverton campus. I supported our Lead Executive with various special projects, the majority of which were focused on the adoption process and scaling of our systems to support two locations and approximately 13 new staff members.

During my time as the Director of Communications, I worked closely with our Creative and Operations Directors to implement and scale new systems to increase the consistency of our communication to the congregation. This included regular social media posts, the implementation of a blog, and the redesign of our website.

Directed creative and communications efforts for mid-sized church based in southern California. Oversaw rapid expansion of communications for the network as we scaled from 3 regional campuses to 9 campuses in 3 states within 10 month period.

Recruited physicians as part of a two person team serving over 30 specialties at the only Level 1 Trauma Center in a four-country area.
