Responsible for the construction and co-ordination of Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) training across the UK Defence community. • Business turnaround: Reversed declining attendance figures in less than 1 year, planning and executing a comprehensive change programme including the transformation of critical Defence-wide training strategy of 3000 specialist instructors per year.• Tasked with delivering 15% budgetary savings by the MOD.
