As a result of a joint venture separation the client requested a technology assessment of the market leading authorization and settlement processing system to determine the feasibility of replicating the complete system within the clients datacenter. Following assessment and recommendations, developed technical architecture solution to support development, execution and operations architectures. Worked with client technology organization to review and finalize technical delivery plan. Mobilized and managed team to stand up required environments, infrastructure and implement tools required to support program. Managed the ongoing technology delivery project work-stream.

Supported the planning and architecture design for the next generation loan origination system based on a service oriented architecture. Provided enterprise architecture guidance with regard to solution options required to meet stated business objectives. Worked with client to develop solution blueprint and all technical requirements required to support the development of an RFP to be sent to various application service providers. Supported RFP process and assisted client with ongoing enterprise integration design required to integrate with selected ASP venders.
