As a transportation manager, Andrew leads a team of transportation engineers who design horizontal and vertical geometry, superelevation, typical sections, drainage systems, stormwater management, maintenance of traffic and other incidental facilities for highways and other roadways.

As a construction field engineer, Andrew provided engineering planning and support for the construction of the concrete "boat" walls at the Midtown Tunnel in Portsmouth, VA and supervised subcontractor operations including horizontal directional drilling for a new water main under the Elizabeth River and dredging of the river for placement of the submersed tube tunnel sections.

As a construction estimator, Andrew contributed to multiple successful pursuits including the Goethals Bridge Replacement, Bayonne Bridge Navigational Clearance Project and the Cove Point Liquified Natural Gas Export Project. Andrew also provided engineering support on site at the Willis Avenue Bridge Replacement in New York, NY.

As an intern, Andrew provided support for construction estimates.
