As a Billing Associate at Alliant Group, I maintain accuracy and timeliness on preparing and issuing invoices for multiple tax service lines, while mitigating anticipated client issues. I also generate weekly reports, analyze work in process, and coordinate with departments to ensure legal binding, optimal revenue and client satisfaction. I have improved billing processes and resolved client problems with efficiency and professionalism.I graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Houston in 2021, where I developed my analytical skills and gained a better understanding of finance. I have a passion for the stock market and investing, which I have been doing since junior high actively investing my own money. I love keeping up with current macro/economic trends to gain an edge in investing. In addition to finance, I have a background in baseball, having played at the college level and coached youth up to collegiate level. I have used Rapsodo technology to analyze pitching data and create protocols to enhance key performance indicators.
