Marketing Technology Manager
CurrentPrimary responsibility is to manage the design, deployment and integrations of our Marketing Technology Stack -Create best-in-class marketing technology infrastructure and integration structure that supports and drives forward our Marketing team’s vision -Proactively research new vendors, technologies, enhancements and industry best practices that will inform our long-term marketing and technology transformation; MarTech procurement and vendor management -Be a trusted and strategic Marketing Technology business partner/subject matter expert (SME) to Marketers and the leadership team -Be a proactive problem solver and have good communication as well as project management skills to relay your findings and solutions across technical and non technical audiences -Serve as power-user and change agent of our marketing systems, provide training and enabling of marketers -Collaborate with fellow Marketing Operations & Technology team members on ad hoc analysis, brainstorming sessions, and projects -Own Marketing Automation platform (Eloqua) and all technical aspects of it from CRM integration (Salesforce) to program build, ensuring that systems are fully aligned -Manage a team of people to ensure all aspects of our Marketing Automation Platform are running optimally, from production, to systems, automations and integrations. -Monitor our current Eloqua set up and implement optimization improvements to increase performance -Responsible for identification and resolution of technical issues as they apply to critical systems -Perform consistent testing of systems to ensure integrity -Maintain all technical documentation as enhancements/improvements are applied to platform -Provide assistance on other marketing efforts as needed
