•Responsible for exemplary leadership of the packaging operators, mechanics and tow motor drivers to ensure that the production schedule is executed in a manner fully aligned with the safety, quality, environment and employee standards•Responsible for daily management fundamentals including shift decisions and leaderships, organization of team meetings, managing and improving KPIs, setting priorities, presentation of results, and top down bottom up communications•Coaches, conducts performance reviews, and counsels employees•Monitor Informance Tagging System to ensure proper tagging, integrity, functionality and accuracy of the data/system•Involvement and sustainment of TPM initiatives

•Responsible for various continuous improvement projects promoting quality and supporting the UP•Implementation of SCOOP on selected packaging lines•Investigate / implement opportunities to help eliminate/ reduce defects•Assist / lead CAPA Huddles, use RCA to develop and track action items

•Product Consistency data generation and Minitab statistical analysis, performed melt index, blister, humidity absorption, ash, and shrinkage lab tests according to ISO / ASTM standards

•Chrono Analysis, implemented 5S on two lines, assisted with implementation of EIT tagging tool
