I own a company with two others that specialize in consulting with bars and restaurants in improving their operations and bottom line.

Greater Chicago Area

I work in the most recent Harry Caray's location on the 7th floor of the Water Tower Place mall entitled Harry Caray's 7th Inning Stretch. My primary responsibility it to be a floor manager and make sure that guests are well taken care of and that we are keeping the proper labor percentages and to take care of any discounts, comps or money issues that arise. This also includes popping in and helping with banquets when necessary.I have had other responsibilities as well during my time at this location. During various times I have ran the Host, Busser/Runner and Server departments with the Server Department being my current department. I schedule and am the go to person for 15-20 servers depending on if it is the busy season or not.I also code and submit FOH invoices to the corporate office and recently have taken on the Retail portion of our location. I check in all orders, am responsibility for inventory and keep track of the various needs that we may have with this.

Greater Chicago Area

I ran the day to day operations of the Evanston location. I did all of the food, beverage, alcohol and supplies ordering. I also did all of the human resources work and interviewed all potential candidates for jobs and trained those that I did hire. I also took care of all of the scheduling, bills, and keeping track of sales and cash.

Evanston Il

I handled all of the front of house issues when it came to handling the money and making daily cash drops. I would also provide customer service to everyone that came in and made sure they were treated with respect. I would manage all people on the shift that I was on.

Greater Chicago Area

I would help write proposals to send to potential clients outlining the details of their event. I would also help with the actual events and manage certain events ranging from scavenger hunts to corporate barbecues. The front desk was also part of my responsibilities and I answered all phone calls and did the necessary duties with each department in any way they needed.
