• Point of contact for all vendors, invoices, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing department • Point of contact for all surgery service coordinators, inner departments, other campuses, area hospitals for all emergent/non-emergent products and concerns• Schedule in-servicing for staff/vendors/surgeons/medical offices to new protocol/procedures• Serve on New Product Committee evaluating vendor/product changes for cost efficiency, quality control, and product availability• Serve various committees throughout facility and communicate concerns and recommendations• Communicate status of arrival/availability of special requested products to the Service Coordinators; informing them of any problems in acquisition and timely arrival of these products• Utilize system for identification/tracking of back ordered supplies and investigate suitable substitutions• Communicate with the Service Coordinators routinely regarding location and status of special order products and equipment ordered/received to maintain critical access of information to staff/surgeons and the purchasing department• Communicate with the Service Coordinators/Billing/ Purchasing Department after completion of surgical procedures where special products are ordered are charged and excess product returned to vendors through the Purchasing Department, tracking credits through the original purchase order• Monitor and advise staff to conduct monthly product outdate protocol• Coordinate with Product Analyst/Service Coordinators in tracking/communicating new product trials between campuses to ensure product availability

• Provide counseling to individuals regarding the use and effects of alcohol and drugs• Accept referrals from individuals, families and agencies in the community• Provide group counseling• Assist individuals to identify their need for treatment programs• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment programs• Provide education by presentations and workshops• Create and maintain accurate records of the number of clients served and issues• Assist clients in treatment planning for addiction recover concerns• Conduct medical screening and assessment• Coordinate admits with law enforcement agencies and area hospitals

• Coordinate specialty equipment and surgical supplies with other staff members• Scrub all surgical procedures including orthopedic, gynecological, urology, ENT, general, ophthalmology, and pain management• Organize all case supplies and instrumentation for all five operating rooms to facilitate a more efficient personnel and surgery schedule• Orient new employees to facility policy and procedures• Conduct routine testing of sterilization machines
