Leader of the Costa DIGITAL PRODUCT team to design and deliver the innovative new Costa App and design for future Costa Collect and Costa Express loyalty integration. We started with four types of coffee to prove the principle of minimum viable product in a prototype and iterated using the agile mindset, progressing to 10 Costa Coffee Shops in London that could collect. This was before the pandemic so the technology could not have been better timed. Now look at the product with a full drinks and food range available in most Costa stores across the UK and beyond.
