Having launched my own startup, led two IPOs, and held executive leadership roles across a wide variety of industries, I have gravitated towards helping other companies gain their financial footing. I have also led large, mature companies to implement company-stretching initiatives to radically transform business performance, create profitability and drive innovation across multiple functions and sectors. I have most recently helped a German SaaS company secure seed-round financing with a German VC.My industry experience includes manufacturing, natural resources/sustainability, SaaS, digital marketing, energy and renewables, not-for-profit and customer experience. My greatest strength is my desire to genuinely understand the many different people who make it all happen, connect them with the ideal partners, and help them realize their goals.I am fluent in German and enjoy spending time on Lake Tapps. I am happily married to Jennifer and we have been blessed with 4 amazing children and when the youngest heads to college this fall, all 4 will be attending university together.
