Andy has more than fifteen years of experience delivering utility-scale renewable energy projects, providing leadership and guidance throughout the full project life-cycle from early development all the way into and including asset management and O&M. Primary subject matter expertise is in managing the EPC phase of wind, solar and energy storage projects including all supporting high voltage infrastructure. Andy is experienced in building and managing departments & teams from the ground up.A licensed electrical PE in multiple states, Andy currently oversees the design, contracting/pre-construction and construction of renewable energy projects. Throughout his career, Andy has progressed from being an individual contributor to leading teams on the successful construction of multiple gigawatts of constructed wind, solar, and energy storage projects. Key strengths include developing and negotiating EPC contracts and major equipment supply agreements, in addition to drafting and maintaining effective scopes of work and technical requirements. With a developer focused mindset, Andy is experienced in effectively estimating EPC costs and delivering production/revenue forecasts to support project optimization & financial modeling.Andy is driven by a passion to transform, modernize and strengthen the electric grid and beyond in a manner which ensures global access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy. Prior experience has included dedicated HVAC and HVDC transmission projects, a full-suite of generation technologies evolving from co-generation to onshore wind, solar, battery storage as well as the development of new offshore projects. Global market exposure has included all the Americas in addition to Europe and Asia.
