Dealer Tire is an international tire, maintenance and light-repair product distributor that partners with automobile manufacturers including Audi, BMW, Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, Hyundai, Infiniti, Jaguar, Jeep, Kia, Land Rover, Lexus, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, MINI, Nissan, Tesla, Toyota, Volkswagen and Volvo to create complete replacement tire, maintenance and light-repair programs for their dealerships. We put safe vehicles on the road and help vehicle manufacturers and dealerships increase profitability.Initially, I worked on an enhancement for JDE application security to assist with SOX compliance. Another project involved daily sales data transmission (EDI852) to a vendor, which resulted in a significant increase in vendor funding of almost $500,000. This project also generated almost a $1,000,000 bonus due to the additional tire sales realized.Generally, I worked directly with key business users to gather requirements for prioritized IT projects or enhancements requested from Warehouse Operations, Transportation or Supply Chain/Logistics. I managed those IT projects or enhancements through implementation and support. I also provided support to corporate and field users as it related to Warehouse, Transportation or Supply Chain issues.
