- Responsible for Processing Inbound Returns- Design new forms and spreadsheets to record all inventory movements-Work with technical support department and variation manufacturers to have defective products returned to repair centers- Daily testing on repaired and refurbished equipment from repair centers for field service technicians stock- Maintained FRU/Parts inventory counts and updated expired dates in LISA WMS program- Pick and ship replacement equipment for FST's, TSS's, IT and Schools- Coordinate with multiple departments to make sure products are returned in a timely fashion- Test and inspect conference equipment for demo stock (both inbound and before outbound)
