I qualified in 1995 and was made a partner of the firm in 2002.An avid football supporter, I am a season ticket holder at Sunderland FC and can usually be found at the Stadium of Light during the season.Although a general accountancy practitioner, I concentrate on providing business assistance and tax guidance to the owners and directors of Limited companies. I also specialise in dealing with organisations in the Voluntary SectorI am very hands-on and I help my clients: • to develop ideas that enhance their business’ performance • to plan with them to minimise the amounts of tax they pay As a result, I help them increase their after tax incomes.My membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants for England and Wales is important to me and I follow their ethical guidelines in all my day-to-day dealings.
