- Report directly to the firm’s 2 co-founders and CFO- Manage entire trade flow including order placement via OMS (Eze), client allocations, and Axys accounting- Interface with over 20 brokers and custodians for end of day reconciliations - Provide portfolio managers a daily report with attribution analysis (Bloomberg PORT), risk assessment (Imagine), and P&L / benchmark analysis (custom spreadsheets)- Calculate estimated monthly investor returns, updating performance and statistical exposure reports - Manage quarterly soft dollar budget and broker commissions- Process expense allocations and reports for firm employees and portfolio companies- Optimize workflow processes across the firm, vetting and implementing various technologies- Support marketing and fundraising efforts through Salesforce, Intralinks, and Excel customization- Create and update firm’s marketing and investor relations collateral- Respond to client emails, calls, and due diligence requests- Service in-house IT needs (migrated firm to cloud and Windows 10) and manage network infrastructure- Manage firm’s website backend updates (led website creation process)- Coordinate office relocations including IT/security and office infrastructure (NYC and Houston offices)
