Led financial operations at a high-growth cybersecurity SaaS company, from Series D to IPO (NYSE: FORG) to private equity buyout (Thoma Bravo). Through accurate financial modeling, active partnership, and effective accountability mechanisms, helped the company achieve a gross margin consistently exceeding 80%.As the strategic finance lead for Product, provided oversight and stewardship of over $100M in annual spend through regular budgeting cycles, monthly and quarterly P&L reporting, and ongoing operating model development.Created and maintained the gross margin model for our SaaS business. Worked with GTM finance to develop revenue forecasts and Product/Engineering to develop a cloud cost model to forecast product-level costs.Established our FinOps practice to drive accountability for cloud computing costs, optimize cloud usage through cross-functional collaboration, and improve the predictability of cloud costs.
