Andy Stevens is currently Director of Operations at Replete Biotics, a medical device start-up in the emerging field of microbiology research and therapeutics. From 2015 to 2018 Andy founded, built, and ultimately sold his own company, utilizing his experience as a Strategy Consultant to grow revenue and improve profitability throughout the his time at the helm. Andy's passion during this time was on building / mentoring over-achieving teams and relentless attention to customer experience. In addition to day-to-day operations, Andy owned the P&L and set the financial and strategic direction of the firm. Prior to building his own company, Andy was Director of Corporate Development at NTT Data, where he led the pre-deal screening and due diligence of the company's acquisitions. Andy has five years experience as a Strategy and Operations Consultant at Deloitte, where he was a Manager in the M&A practice. There he led successful projects in Pre-Deal Screening, Due Diligence, Bankruptcy and Restructuring, Finance Strategy, Program Management, Corporate Strategy, Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures, across the Airline, Retail, Telecom, Travel, Oil & Gas, and Financial industries.Andy has also worked as an adviser to over two hundred start ups and entrepreneurial businesses, helping them organize and plan for success in the competitive marketplace.He holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Utah and an MBA from The Kenan-Flagler Business School at The University of North Carolina and from IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain.
