Plans Officer for a forward deployed Air Defense Artillery brigade consisting of a Headquarters and Headquarters Battery and two Patriot battalions deployed to the Republic of Korea to provide Theater Air and Missile Defense to critical Combined Forces Command assets.Responsible for assisting in the coordination of all current and future operations. Integrates warfighting functions into a single effort to accomplish the brigade commander's guidance and directives. Responsible for coordinating joint and combined training opportunities with Eighth Army, Seventh Air Force, and Republic of Korea air defense brigades.

Assistant Operations Officer for a FORSCOM Patriot Air Defense Artillery Battalion assigned to the 32d Army Air and Missile Defense Command. Responsible for planning, researching, and synchronizing current and future collective operations and training programs for a Headquarters and Headquarters Battery, a Maintenance Company, and four Patriot Firing Batteries. Produces operations orders in support of higher headquarters'​ directives and the Commander's intent. Officer in-charge of the battalion's planning events. Plans and coordinates battalion level collective exercises and supervises training management for all units. Assists in the tactical training related to the battalion's ability to fight and win its air and missile defense mission.

Serves as a Battle Captain for a FORSCOM Echelon Above Corps Air and Missile Defense Battalion with worldwide contingency responsibilities Primarily responsible for conducting analysis and assessment of all available information in order to ensure the battalion is prepared to conduct its air and missile defense mission. Works for the Battalion Operations Officer on matters concerning current and future operations, to include mission and battle tracking, de-confliction, and historical record keeping. Supports the Battalion Operations Officer in preparation, coordination, authentication, publication, and distribution of standard operating procedures, plans, and orders. Serves as the Tactical Operations Center Officer in-charge in the absence of field grade officers.

Platoon leader for a FORSCOM Avenger Platoon. Responsible for the leadership, discipline, and welfare of 26 Soldiers and their Families. Plans, supervises, and coordinates platoon training with emphasis on individual Soldier skills, small-unit tactics, and Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) operations. Responsible for the maintenance and accountability of six Avenger short-range air defense weapons systems and one improved SENTINEL radar system. Additionally served as the battery executive officer on numerous occasions for periods of up to 21 days.

Executive officer for a FORSCOM Echelon Above Corps Patriot firing battery with a worldwide contingency mission. Responsible for the daily operation of the unit orderly room, coordination with battalion staff and the timely processing of battery administrative documents for 77 Soldiers. Establishes, monitors, and evaluates the unit standard operating procedures for administrative functions and personnel utilization. Produces, revises, and disseminates unit training schedules in accordance with the commander's guidance. Serves as the acting commander during the battery commander's absence.
