While our consultants have experience in many industries and have worked with all sizes of companies, we specialize in small to medium size manufacturing companies. Additionally, we have in-depth knowledge of the Medical Device industry.Specific Engagements:Performed a current state assessment and developed a target state architecture and roadmap using Gartner’s Pace Layering approach for the regulatory affairs department of an industry leader to improve FDA regulatory compliance. Resultant architecture included the collection and collation of detailed product and performance data, submission authoring, markup, review, and approval.Led an ERP selection and implementation for a bio-tech company. Microsoft Dynamics AX was the selected solution. Implementation included financials, order management, manufacturing, procurement, and advanced warehousing. Led an ERP selection and implementation for a heavy equipment manufacturer with a substantial field service operation. Epicor was chosen and we implemented financials, manufacturing (engineer to order), order / project management, and field service. Field service included complex service agreements, and custom pricing methods.Performed an application portfolio review for a small durable medical equipment company. Key objectives were to assess the potential business benefits of an ERP implementation. Included implementation scenarios integrating claims processing systems. Show less
