I have over 20 years of practical hands on experience, which helps me to deliver quality solutions to complex commercial problems. My management skills allow me to see the bigger picture and I've led groups of up to 10 planners to effectively guide the organisation. Leading projects using a multitude of suitable methodologies such as Lean, Agile and Waterfall have allowed me to bring in projects that have saved the company money and allowed them to maximise benefits cases.
