I am a design technologist with a wide set of skills, encompassing expert and up-to-date knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery, UI/UX design and various other code & code libraries (Vue, Dojo, Bootstrap, PHP etc.) I have been an Adobe Certified Expert for many years, maintaining my Photoshop certification.My strengths are the combination of a strong design aesthetic with a love of lean and clean code, and my ability to re-create any layout in modern, cross browser compatible code. And I love designers that challenge me!I have worked as a designer, coder, and trainer which makes me understand multiple aspects of the process from the importance of appearance, to code that can easily be edited and understood by team members, as well as how to be both patient and clear with clients and stakeholders.Having been in the industry since the early-ish days (late 90's) I have adapted to the many changes web technology and code associated with it has seen, moving from animation and motion graphics to development with a superb understanding of the basics, rather than current trends.
