EDS has been taken over by Hewlett-Packard. Thus the name change to HP Australia.2014 = currently supporting ATO, Dept of Agriculture (federal), Bank of Queensland, SA Government, Caltex, VICRoads, TABCorp and Aurora Data Centre clients.From 1st August 2011 - 24 hour by 7 day shift team as part of Server Management. This includes 'break fix', patching, reporting & change control work. Clients in Federal government, state government & private client networks. Technologies incl Microsoft domains, Citrix, VMWare, blade chassis, etc.From 28th March 2011 - Working has a senior technical person on the 24 hour by 5 day on-site shift at HP Lockleys building. This will provide second level support to HP clients remotely, co-ordinating response to incidents, updating managers and clients of response work, completing change controls and mentoring new staff to the shift team.Previously- I complete maintenance and upgrades of large computer networks remotely. Concentrating on Federal Government agency DAFF during day shift and I work afternoon shift on rotation.Previously supported SA Government (specifically TAFE / DFEEST), Bank of Queensland and GM/Holden..This involves maintenance of VMWare, Microsoft Active Directory and Novell eDirectory networks / servers.
