I am a Construction & Real Estate Development Executive with 23 years' experience working on many different product types. My background includes approximately $1 billion in project completions ranging from simple office fit-outs to complete high-rise residential towers and complex hospital and airport work. At LBG/AECOM I manage projects from pre-con/foundations to completion. At WeWork I managed ~30 separate office renovation projects or phases at 16 addresses throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. I led a team of fifteen internal direct reports plus interfaced directly with several different outside consulting architects, engineers, law firms, insurance providers, real estate portfolio managers, etc.I have worked both domestically and abroad in Doha, Qatar and have collaborated with all kinds of clients, employees and contractors. Before returning to NYC in 2018 I served in Qatar as the Project Executive for a large contracting joint venture working to complete a portion of the SIDRA Hospital project, including managing a big extension of time claim. I led the joint venture team which contained approximately 45 engineers, architects, planners, accountants, supervisors and general laborers plus hundreds of people working for our subcontractors. I also interfaced directly with both company's CEO's and sat on the JV Board working as the primary liaison between the two corporate partners and the client, Qatar Foundation.
