(I resigned from TIG in June 2023). The Intersect Group acquired VincentBenjamin in 2022. I retained and expanded my role over the southern CA market during this time - all whilst transitioning through a new organization, new leadership, moving to 5 days a week in office, new compensation packages, new team structure, etc...I was still able to have some of the most successful lines of business across the nation. I was the most bonused (quantitatively and qualitatively) sales leader at my level (and below) in the organization during these 18 months across the company in all locations and lines of business.During this time, I had multiple direct report managers underneath me leading 3 lines of business across a total headcount of 25-35 recruiters and account managers.Revenue responsibilities of $30M+ and GM totals between $125k - 180k+/week, peaking at $223k/week.

As the Managing Director over our Southern California teams, I now get to lead the OC and LA operations in managing all facets of the sales and recruiting teams. I have revenue and gross profit responsibility for four teams across two verticals; Technology/IT and Accounting/Finance. Total Regional team size: 32+ sales/recruiter heads + 3 admin/ops heads.These teams facilitate full-time permanent placements, contract placements, retained searches, staff augmentation, large project work, and contract-to-hire placements. As the Orange County Managing Director, I led OC operations in managing all facets of the sales and recruiting teams. I had revenue and gross profit responsibility for four teams across two verticals; Technology/IT and Accounting/Finance. Total OC team size in 2020 was between 17-22 sales/recruiter heads + 3 admin/ops heads.In 2020 we grew above industry average year over year and only had to let go of individuals for severe performance-related lapses over time and/or cancerous demeanors (intentionally retaining anyone and everyone that showed up day in and day out looking for business with a team-focused perspective in a tumultuous year).
