I have been providing commercial real estate, consulting, brokerage and legal services as founding principal and sole owner of this real estate company since June 9, 2005. I specialize in acting as a fiduciary and representing the real property interests of professional service and non-profit entities during their negotiating of the lease and/or purchase of real estate. Since 1987, I have been involved in over 500 transactions involving over a billion dollars of real estate. The other three professionals in my company have been involved in thousands of transaction involving billions of dollars of real estate.

I provided commercial real estate, consulting, brokerage and legal services as an officer of the SSH Real Estate group of companies for over nine (9) years. I started my career at the Seligsohn Soens Hess Co (now d/b/a SSH Real Estate) when I was appointed Vice President and General Counsel of its predecessor, Harold B. Hess Co. on January 1, 1996. I left my position as a Principal and General Counsel of SSH Real Estate on June 9, 2005.
