Mental Health (DMH) space leases statewide, providing technical guidance and direction to stakeholders, co-agencies and landlords. • Procured 39 vehicles for agency use. • Coordinate with required entities (DMH Central Office, Area and Site Directors, Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EHS), Office of Lease and State Office Planning (OLSOP), Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), and Landlords) to ensure that the proposed space meets the department's programmatic and staffing needs• Develop, manage and analyze data and data systems for the Areas to insure information is readily available for program staff, DCAMM, OLSOP and landlords for review and analysis to identify needs to insure program meets all requirements as specified in leases, security plans and any other negotiated agreements. • Develop physical space plans; coordinate IT installs. Prepare Lease and License Documents. Monitor paperwork flow from initiation to EHS to DCAMM and finally through DMH Fiscal.• Maintain and provide guidance regarding DMH site evacuation plans. • Graduated from the competitive CMCP and MasSP State of Massachusetts management training programs.• Maintain detailed database for all DMH properties, as well as databases or reporting tools for all assigned activities. • Manage the procurement and administration of Construction Contracts in accordance with legal and procedural requirements that apply to public construction contracts under (MGL. Ch.149, Ch.30§39M).• Obtained the MCPPO designation in 2021
